Her approach blends sharp analytical thinking with intuitive creativity, unwavering persistence, and grace in execution. Before launching her family of businesses, Kalena spent a decade at Morgan Stanley in leadership roles across Strategy, Relationship Management, and Business Development—serving groups such as Alternative Investments, International Private Wealth, and the At Work division. She began her finance career at Merrill Lynch as a Vice President in Global Investment Banking and Financial Advisor and earlier co-founded and sold a media company while leading corporate development for a national social enterprise.
Kalena holds a B.A. from Bowdoin College and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University.
